No refund was given and I was told rudely to leave.Īfter leaving the salon I decided to leave a review on Utopia's Facebook page with my honest opinion about the customer service and quality of the products provided. During the appointment I asked for the nails to be removed as I did not want to have continued problems with them and I also asked for a refund as I was not happy with the product and my nails now look awful and are painful. I called Sarah (who did my nails) that day to inform her what had happened and asked for a refund and the manager Lorraine later emailed me with an appointment for the 25th. I was leaving for holiday in the early hours of the following day so wasn’t able to go back to the salon so hoped that they would last at least as long as the holiday.ĭuring the holiday one of the nails fell off and then a second one on the day I returned home. Everything seemed to go well during the appointment however later that day in the sunlight I realised that some of the nail colour was not evenly blended in and one of my friends pointed out that the bottom of the acrylic was extra thick around the bottom of my nail and that excess bits of acrylic had been left around my finger which looked untidy.
